Numerical Comparative Study of Fuel Cavitation in Microchannels under Different Turbulence Models

چکیده

The fuel injector is a critical component of the internal combustion engine. diameters nozzle and control chamber’s oil inlet outlet are generally between 0.2 0.5 mm, which typical microchannel structures. During high-pressure injection, cavitation phenomenon in channel seriously affects reliability choice turbulence models key to investigate by using numerical methods. Based on Winklhofer experiment, five representative were used construct model, results compared analyzed with experiment. show that pressure gradient values obtained from combination RNG k-ε ZGB similar experimental data, an error less than 6%. distribution calculated LES was most consistent observation data. mass flow rate matched trend data difference range 19 bar 85 bar, 2%. For cross-sectional calculation, had smallest calculation errors, errors below 11%.
